Our store is affiliated with the Transbank system with the Webpay Webservices PST system as a means of payment to support the security of purchases transactions with debit and credit cards online. • When the purchase has been made and accepted by Transbank you will receive an email with a confirmation message specifying the details of your order, dispatch and billing information in case you have requested it in the purchase process.
• All transactions are subject to confirmation of online payment (authorized Transbank transaction code) and you can pay with both debit and credit cards.
• Does not constitute sale until the operation is approved.
• Within the payment alternatives, there is the Electronic Transfer option, in which case the client has 3 hours to make the transfer to the data specified during the purchase process or the confirmation email that will arrive after making the purchase, where the order will be seen as "Pending".
• The transfer receipt should be sent to the email contacto@cibertech.net Cibertech will verify the payment within 24 business hours, after this customer will receive a new email indicating the status of the order "Paid". < / span>
